Compensated for 55.00 each for each 24-hour period during which we are unable to procide a load or work assignment. |
| Detention Pay |
Detention at any shipping or recieving facility will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour (Northeast Regional $14.00 per hour), after allowing for 2 hours. |
| Load/Unload Pay |
$65.00 flat pay. A driver load /unload is defined as 100%hand touch freight. This would include reloading pallets from big wood to small wood and vice versa. |
| Driver Assist |
Pays $30.00 and is defined as anything less than 100% touch freight. Examples would be loading or off-loading with a pallet jack, shrink-wrap, breakdown, etc. All driver assist is subject to dispatch approval. Counting freight while being loaded or unloaded by a third party or machines does not constitute an assist. |
| Local Work |
Drivers will be paid at the rate of $12.00 per hour for local work. (Loads 50 miles or less paid hourly) Hours predetermined. Loads more than 50 miles but less than 100 miles pay $50.00 minimum. |
| Stop off pay |
$30.00 excluding inital pick-up and final drop. |
| Tolls and Scale Receipts |
EZ Pass Authorized scale receipts reimbursed. |
| No New York City |
If you elect to go to New York City, a premium of $45.00 will be paid. |

Equipment and Document Requirements to Lease on
- Tractors ten years old or newer perferred at time of leasing
- Maximum tractor weight is 18,500 lbs.
- Must pass federal D.O.T. and Company inspections
- Federal I.D. and Social Security Number
- Proof of Insurance/Company of Bill of Sale
- Three axle, sleeper cabs, diesel powered tractors
- Paint scheme, lettering, and custom paint must be professional in apperance.
- Proof of payment of Federal Highway Use Tax (Form 2290)
- Current scale ticket evidencing tractor weight.
- Copy of Registration of Cab Card
