• At least 23 years old
• Have at least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Have a clean MVR, with no suspensions over 30 days in the past 36 months, no speeding in a commercial vehicle over 15 mph in the past 7 years, no DUIs in the past 7 years
